1999. We herewith inform you that the government of Republic
of Indonesia gives the approval of above mentioned
application with the following stipulation. Referring to Law
No.5 of year 1984.

of year 1995 Decision letter of Industrial minister No.
427/M/SK/ X/1997. And principal permit of mining an Energy
Minister No. 2058/ 34/ MDJM/ 1997dated 30 May 1997, NO.
4859/39/ mdjm/1997 dated and No.2421/ 34/ mpem/1998 dated 10
July 1998 and letter from ministry of energy and mining
,issue the approval letter for Capital investment Number
613/ PMA/ 2004 , Code number of project 2320-33-16386.
Director of Refinery of
Directorate General Oil and Gas Department of Mining and
Energy No. 7884/24/DMO/ 2004 dated 21July 2004. There fore
this approval letter /permit /license of foreign Capital
Investment Valid as a permanent license.
